Nanny: Amela Misirlic

I would like to recommend and introduce our nanny for the past 18 months: Amela Misirlic. I have personally known Amela for the past 5 years as she has worked for two friends of ours. Our friends always had wonderful things to say about Amela's ability to care for their children so we were very excited to have her work with us. For the past year and a half Amela has cared for our 5 1/2 year old daughter and 18 month old son. As we prepare to leave Sarajevo, we appreciate the positive contribution she made to our children and how much we will miss her. Amela excels at creative, energetic, play. She shared her artistic ability with our daughter who loves painting and crafts. Amela also cared for our son from the time he was 2 months old. She had no difficulty working with children of all ages and would care for both our children if needed. During her time working with our family she was prompt, reliable, kind, and wonderful to have around! At present Amela is looking for part or full time work. She speaks fluent English and Bosnian. Her work with our family included childcare, light housework, and cooking.
